The online exchange program “Developing Intercultural Skills and Awareness in Business Innovation and Sustainability” is divided into three modules and will have a total of six hours. The program fills in a gap of knowledge and training related to this critical topic and promotes intercultural and interdisciplinary exchange between business students from FIU and students from universities in Brazil. Currently, there are 45 students registered, 20 from FIU and 25 from ANIMA. The organizing team and instructors are Simone Athayde (Associate Professor, LACC, FIU), Ronaldo Parente (Associate Professor, Business and LACC Affiliated Faculty, FIU), Marco Antonio Sampaio (ANIMA), Cilene Ribeiro Cardoso (ANIMA), and Danielle Santos (FIU and ANIMA).
